3D Visualization and BIM

BIM Models represent by size, shape, location, quantity etc create a system which not only helpful in visualizing the schematic structures but also helpful in determining fabrication, assembly, and installation process.
3D Modelling and visualization:
Creation of 3D floor plans, presentation graphics with or without rendering, animations and detailed 3D models from sketch with the help of variety of digital tools and software. The output format is decided by the client.

BIM Modeling:
We have capability to create 3D models using point cloud. We offer, “Scan to BIM” services to quickly create BIM content by using raw Point Cloud data especially useful for renovation and facility management projects.
Depending on the properties of these 3D or BIM models, we can make it functional to add further contents useful for analysis, project planning and cost estimation. We can also link the non-graphic information as per the project requirement.
