Specific details of land areas are recorded with different mapping technologies( Airborne and Terrestrial) following given rules. We post-process variety of data obtained from these mapping technologies and represent them graphically along with desired details.

Requirement Profil:
Insellco cater to diverse requirements ranging from Simple GIS digitization based on satellite images to capturing minute details of built features in 3D. We utilize our knowledge of Landuse and Urban planning to generate results using required Geoinformatics, LIDAR and photogrammetry.
Existing Lan areas are mapped using different surveying techniques. The key requirement is to extract diverse set of elements ( e.g. buildings, roads, green areas) and provide accurate position information (e.g. structures, and the surrounding terrain features)
Three-dimensional stereoscopic evaluation of given area types ( e.g. in case of sealed areas its rooftops, pathways, garage etc )and also generate special products such as orthophotomaps, elevation models etc.
The requirement is to extract the desired set of features associated with the land.(green areas, forest, agribculture, trees) using processed data (Orthophotos or) classified LiDAR data in the given system .It provides a cartographic records of land surveys which are official and sometimes even of private land and subdivisions.
We also support clients to perform different calculations on the processed data. Output data can also be analysed in the third-party system to calculate taxes, record ownership, geocode, crop estimation etc. Thereafter, we present these results in desired report format.
The typical project tasks consist of aerial triangulation and three-dimensional stereoscopic recording of mostly punctiform or flat objects with high accuracy. These objects usually include cadastral information with various factual data that can be assigned or updated.

We classify input data ( Satellite images, aerial images, orthophotoes )into given layers accurately and develop highly optimized workflows by considering manual or semi-automatic way. We have Highly skilled operators to process variety of land related data sets acquired through airborne and mobile mapping.
We offer to evaluate various images acquired through different camera types including analogue ones. By utilizing our Geospatial and photogremmatric evaluation capabilities we perform AT, extract built up and natural features generate special products such as orthophotomaps, elevation models or 2D and 3D feature extraction of given objects.
We perform quick visual inspections on given images, infrared images and mark changes on image or present the same on maps. We can also prepare a detailed inspection report which utilizes classified LiDAR data, Orthophotomaps and present results as per the specifications supplied by our client.
By utilizing our analytical and geospatial knowledge, we analyse various scenarios whether calculating taxes or economic impacts. We are also capable to quickly utilize the capabilities of third-party system to present desired results.
